1. How long have you been in business?
We just started the company this year, 2007, but most of our designers are experienced and have been in business for almost 10 years.
2. Where is your office located?
Our office is located in Manila Philippines.
3. What are your normal working hours?
We normally work from 8am-7pm, 6 days a week. However, in emergency rush projects, we can work 7 days a week.
4. What is the preferred means of communication? (Email, Chat, Skype , phone, fax, etc)
Email and Chat (MSN/Yahoo/AOL) are most preferred way. If verbal communication is required, we normally use Skype etc.
5. How do I send assignments down to you, who will I have to contact?
You can send assignments through e-mail or FTP. If you don't have one, we can give you an authorization to access ours.
6. Do you have an office or representative in the US or UK who can meet with us?
No.
7. How do you charge, per hour or project?
It depends on you. We can charge on per hour or per project or per man month basis whichever is most convenient to you.
8. How can we pay you?
We prefer payment by wire transfer.
9. Can I pay through PayPal, Western Union?
I am sorry, we are not setup to accept payments through PayPal. Western Union payment is acceptable
